The pricing including fees for shipping, packaging, and ensuring our employees are paid a fair wage.

add How long does the process take?

From the time you ship them to us to when they arrive back to you is between 3-4 weeks depending on shipping times and order volume.

add What is the point of the NFC tag?

This tag is a quick way to check your sustaibility metrics of your pants. If you don't care for it no problem the pouch is easy to cut off the garment.

add What content does the NFC tag include?

It includes sustainibility feature regarding the rewoven process and your product specifically. These metrics and how much CO2 and you saved from not buying a new pair as well as how many textiles went into your piece. Be on the look out for new features as we improve!

add If my pants come back and aren't what I asked for can I send them back?

While our design team has some creative liberties based on your instructions if they missed the mark big time we are happy to discuss the misinterperatation and get it to your liking.
